I have been practicing Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) for close to 6 years and teaching for over 3 years.

A Reiki session typically lasts between 60-90 minutes.
You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table, the practitioner will then use light touch and various hand positions along the body to channel the energy.
Reiki is non-invasive. There is no manipulation of the muscle or tissue and is an extremely relaxing and comfortable experience.
Many people report feeling a difference in themselves after the very first treatment.
It is difficult to explain the Reiki experience with words, as it is a truly unique experience for each person who takes part.
Because Reiki is extremely relaxing, it has many benefits. Deep relaxation enables the body to rebalance, realign and heal naturally.
